For the ad category that you are requesting:

1. Please indicate the number of seats you would like us to reserve for you at the Feb. 6 Dinner.
2. If you are reserving seats at the Dinner, please indicate the number of chicken or fish requests. For example "2 chicken" or "1 chicken 1 fish."
